Anna Thomas

Anna Thomas is a Senior pursuing a dual degree in Architectural Studies and Civil Engineering with a minor in Studio Arts. Her interest in architecture initially started with a design course but has since been cultivated by her work in building information modeling, construction management, green building and integrated project delivery methods. This summer, Anna will travel to Berlin, where she will complete an internship with an architecture firm. As she finishes up at Pitt, she plans on devoting more time to the Pitt chapter of AIAS, learning 3D printing, and backpacking as much as possible. After graduation (and far down the road) Anna hopes to obtain her licenses in architecture and engineering.

Anna is thrilled to have been chosen for HAAARCH!!! 2017 to display her work from Studio 1, where students experiment with contextual mapping and folding buildings.
