Dylan Stein is a senior pursuing an Architectural Studies major and a Studio Arts minor. After coming to Pitt with the intention of seeking a degree in Computer Science, he quickly realized that a more creative and artistic education was necessary. Internationally, he studied furniture design at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, Denmark. While in Europe, he toured through Finland and Sweden studying and analyzing furniture, which lead to his own design, constructed in the wood shops of the Academy. Upon graduation, he would like to receive his Masters of Architecture in Canada, while continuing to study and produce furniture.
Dylan will be presenting his senior design portfolio at HAAARCH 2015.
