Emily Morris

Emily Morris is a senior History of Art and Architecture major, minoring in French and Museum Studies, while also working towards a certificate in Medieval and Renaissance Studies. She became fascinated with the intersection of art, religion, and politics after taking art history and European studies courses in high school. Emily plans to pursue a graduate degree in art history and eventually work in the curatorial department of an art museum. Her goal is to make art more accessible to the public as a lens through which to learn about the history of religion and politics.

Emily works at the Hillman Library's Special Collections Department collecting metadata to facilitate the online accessibility of a collection of engravings and woodblock prints, and she will be presenting this project at HAAARCH!!! 2017.
