Isabella Sigado

Isabella Sigado is a senior major in History of Art & Architecture who is minoring in Museum Studies. In her past three years at Pitt she has interned at Morgan Contemporary Glass gallery, the Frick Art and Historical Center, and the Andy Warhol Museum. She has also done work at the Boulder Museum of Modern Art and BoxHeart Gallery as an installation volunteer. After graduation in December 2017, Isabella plans on hiking the Appalachian Trail while completing a project currently titled Find Me Where I’m AT, in which she will invite anyone to join her using coordinates and photos she drops to the project’s social media platforms. She will conduct interviews with participants in the hopes of making an interactive online visual constellation of their shared journey at the project’s end. Isabella plans to pursue a career in Art History, Museum Studies, or Parks and Recreation Management.

Isabella will be presenting at HAAARCH!!! on conducting visitor evaluations at the recent unveiling of Lion Attacking a Dromedary at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, as well as sharing insights about her internship experiences at The Frick and The Warhol.
