Jackson Bender is a junior Majoring in History of Art and Architecture. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but moved to Pittsburgh when he was four years old. Jackson spent most of his childhood playing with LEGOs or video games with his two brothers, and often times visited Pitt’s campus with his mother, spending a lot of time in her office at the Frick Fine Arts Building, where he gained an appreciating for art history. He is hoping to find a way to work with video games in his career, whether that be in making them or studying them as through the lens of art history.
