Gene Han

Gene Han

Gene Han is a sophomore majoring in Architectural Studies and minoring in Studio Arts. Originally attracted to the popular pre-med track, Gene switched when he realized he was more intrigued in creatively expressing his ideas with hands on work rather than regurgitating specific functions of the endomembrane system. The studio life seduced him.

Coming from the metropolitan area of Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love, Gene himself fell in love with the issues surrounding urban design and the intricate detailing of immense structures. He hopes to continue to cultivate his interests after graduation by pursuing a masters in architecture in New York.

At HAAARCH!!! 2017, Gene will be presenting his final Foundations Studio model as well as a description of his works from Approaches to the Built Environment with his colleagues Alana Erwin, Brian Glatz, Jacob Gunderman, and Rose Hawk.
